Shipping Policy:

We proudly ship all orders through USPS. Shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders between $0 - $50: $5 shipping

• Orders between $50 - $100: $8 shipping

• Orders over $100: FREE shipping

All orders typically ship within 5-10 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.

Returns & Replacements:

Due to the unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final. However, if your crystal arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will promptly send a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
